We always try our best to take little time out of our busy schedules and put our hustle on hold in
order to arrange our annual gathering. We take this time to be closer to Mother Nature and create a
stronger bond with our employees. Our employees are one of our greatest assets, who are meant to
be nurtured and cherished as they contribute greatly to our company’s credibility and success. It
feels great to have this family reunion where we have the opportunity to invite some of our
employees outside of Jakarta as well. In this occasion, we play games to build our team spirit and
emphasize the importance of clear communication within and between each division. We also
conduct singing and dancing competition to lighten the mood, give out some door-prizes and hike in
the morning to keep our bodies fit. We chose Cikole Lembang for our venue this year, which is
known for its fresh air and outbound adventures.
